Credentials
Who answers
When a pipe lets go or the ceiling starts dripping, the first thing you need is a person, not a menu. Call and one of us picks up — the same two people who will quote the job and show up to do it. We pull the water out, dry the structure properly, and photograph and measure everything as we go, so your insurer sees what we saw. We're based off West Bedford Avenue in Fresno and work across the Central Valley.

Services
Most calls start the same way — a pipe, an appliance, a roof, or a storm. What happens next depends on how long the water sat and what it touched.

We extract standing water, dry the structure, and document every step — call 24/7 and a real person answers.

Central Valley Water Restoration
Step by step
Step 1
Tell us where the water is coming from, whether it’s still coming, and whether the power is safe. A real person answers and gets a crew moving.
Step 2
Extraction first, then air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the room. Moisture meters on walls, subfloor and cabinets — including the parts that look dry — with readings and photos logged on every visit.
Step 3
Drying is finished when the readings say so, not when the third day is up. You get the photos, readings and scope, dated, for your insurer. Where repairs are needed, they’re completed by our licensed general contracting partner, Gostanian General Building Corp, CSLB Lic. #346866.

FAQ
Call as soon as it's safe to do so. Water can spread into flooring, walls, cabinets, and hidden cavities within hours, and starting mitigation quickly can reduce how much secondary damage you end up with. Call and we'll get a technician moving.
That depends on your policy and the cause of the loss, so we can't promise coverage. What we can do is document the damage thoroughly — photos, moisture readings, and scope notes — so you have what you need to bring the claim to your insurer.
It depends on the extent and location of the work, the containment plan, and whether anyone in the home has asthma, allergies, or a weakened immune system. We'll walk you through what to expect for your specific situation before work starts.
Sometimes — it depends on the water category, how saturated the material is, what it's made of, and how long it stayed wet. We inspect before we make that call rather than promising a specific outcome in advance.
